Same Sex Marrige? Should it be legal?

Even though the dictionary defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman, i tend to disagree. The world is changing and there are more gay and lesbian people then ever. I think that love is love, and that if you feel for someone (no matter what sex) you should be able to spend the rest of your life with them. Just like marriage between a man and a woman, gays and lesbians should have the same rights, however most want to be able to be regarded as married in society. if everyone is equal, it shouldn't matter who you get married to or what sex you are. You should be guaranteed the same rights.
